Bunker Hill - Beulah Mae Anderson of Bunker Hill, Indiana passed away at the age of 91 early Friday, August 13, 2021 at Golden LivingCenter - Sycamore Village in Kokomo, Indiana. She was born on August 21, 1929 in Muncie, Indiana to the late Joseph and Elizabeth (Jackson) Harris.

Beulah graduated from Muncie Central High School in 1948 and went on to work for over 20 years as a nanny. She married Gordon H. Anderson on June 21, 1967, and, until his death, they journeyed through life together. She loved attending the Bunker Hill United Methodist Church in Bunker Hill, Indiana in her later years and was an active member of the Emmanuel Church of the Nazarene in Muncie, Indiana, where she held many positions, to include spending time volunteering during Vacation Bible School. She enjoyed reading and watching Nascar. She was always rooting for her Muncie Central Bearcats and Jeff Gordon #24 whenever she got the chance. She will forever be remembered as a loving wife, mother, and grandmother.

Beulah is survived by three sons, Donald J. Strong (Sharon) of Gas City, Indiana, Robert A. Strong (Cathy) of Indianapolis, Indiana, and Evan J. Strong (Marlea) of Bunker Hill, Indiana; twelve grandchildren; and twenty-one great grandchildren.

Beulah was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph and Elizabeth (Jackson) Harris; her husband, Gordon H. Anderson; and three sisters, Ruby Kennedy, Irene Garton, and Ivonne Grubbs.

Celebration of Life Memorial Services will be held at Bunker Hill United Methodist Church, 100 E. Broadway, Bunker Hill, Indiana 46914 on Saturday, September 4, 2021, beginning with the viewing at 10:00 AM, followed by services at 11:00 AM, officiated by Pastor Evan Strong. Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Garden View Funeral Home and Gardens of Memory Cemetery, Muncie. The family has requested that memorial contributions be made to the Bunker Hill United Methodist Church, 100 E. Broadway, Bunker Hill, Indiana 46914 or the Alzheimer's Association.
