A funeral service for James Harold Reynolds, age 91, of Dickson, TN, will be held at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, October 25, 2022, at Walnut Street Church of Christ with Colonel Ed Mann and Lt. Col. Larry Theis officiating. Interment, with full military honors will follow at Union Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be at Taylor Funeral Home on Monday from 4 until 8 p.m. and at Walnut Street Church of Christ on Tuesday from 1:00 p.m. until service time. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials to Walnut Street Church of Christ Missions or Youth Group, or to the charity of one's choice.

Mr. Reynolds died peacefully October 19, 2022, at his home.

Born in Dickson County, TN, James was a son of the late Arthur Chester and Susie Clark Reynolds. He was married to Ruby Lee Hamilton Reynolds, who preceded him in death in September 2021.

James served his country in the U.S. Army, achieving the rank of Sergeant First Class, retiring after 20 years of honorable service, having served in Korean and Vietnam wars, Chaplain in Civil Air Patrol, Lt. Colonel, serving in Tennessee and England. He spent more than 50 years ministering and serving the Lord, primarily in Tennessee, Hawaii, other parts of the U. S. and England. He and his wife, Ruby, were owners/operators of a retail store, Hamilton Place in Dickson. He was a member of Walnut Street Church of Christ.

Survivors include his daughters, Sharon Reynolds Webster (Jim) of Dickson, Victoria Colette Reynolds of Tucson, AZ, and Janice Birt (Ronnie) of Nunnelly, TN; a daughter-in-law, Nancy Reynolds of Dickson; one brother, Arthur Sevier Reynolds of Burns; grandchildren, Alecia Berman-Dry (Jason), Keith Berman, Michelle Tucker, Michael Tucker, Jessica Whited (Johnny), David Dewayne Sensing (Marilyn), Timothy Sensing (Leeann), Drew Reynolds (Leah), and Seth Reynolds; great-grandchildren, Kayleigh Belle Berman, Konnor Starcher, Alex Whited, Tyler Whited, Liam Dry, Lucas Sensing, Benjamin Tucker, and Olivia Sensing; a host of nieces and nephews.

He was preceded by a son, James Landon Reynolds; siblings, Herman Reynolds, Clifton Reynolds, Elgie Reynolds, Garfield Reynolds, Paul Reynolds, S.D. Reynolds, R.J. Reynolds, Clark Reynolds, Franklin D. Reynolds, Lucille Underhill, Lila Armstrong, and by a great-grandson, Colton Sims-Tucker.

Visitation with the family will be Saturday November 5th from 1 PM until time of service. Those desiring memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital or Spinal Muscular Atrophy.
Wanda Sharon Reynolds Webster, age 70 of Dickson, TN passed away Saturday October 29, 2022. Born in Ft. Campbell, KY she was the daughter of the late James Harold and Ruby Lee Hamilton Reynolds and was preceded in death by her grandson, Colton Ryan Simms-Tucker. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother and friend to many. Sharon had a Bachelor of Nursing degree and was a retired LPN. Sharon had worked with Home Health and Hospice. She was a member of the Walnut St. Church of Christ.
Survivors include her husband of 22 years, James E. "Jim" Webster of Tucson, AZ; son, Michael Robert Tucker of Dickson, TN; daughter, Michelle Lynn Tucker (Matthew Washburn) of McEwen, TN; grandson, Benjamin Tucker; sisters, Victoria Colette Reynolds of Tucson, AZ, Janice Birt (Ronnie) of Nunnelly, TN; sister-in-law, Nancy Reynolds of Dickson, TN; several nieces and nephews.
