My beautiful Cody went to the Rainbow Bridge this morning. My heart is broken.
Cody was a beautiful, loving boy. He slept with me every night & loved to cuddle. Several years ago he was August 10th in a Cat Fancy Magazine calendar.
Cody started fading about a year ago. He started losing weight and his kidney values were off. His doctor & I tried everything to help him get better, but nothing worked. Although he did eat at first, his weight just kept going down. The last 2 days he was with me, he didn't eat at all. He weighed only 3.8 lbs. when he went to the Bridge.
Cody loved his window seat and he loved spending time in the catio, soaking up the sun, feeling the breeze, and smelling the smells.
I miss him so much.
