Gladys L. Smith , age 90 of 327 Nantmeal Road, Glenmoore, PA; passed away peacefully Tuesday, August 3, 2021 at her son's home in Brockway, PA. She was born on January 5, 1931 in Nantmeal Village, PA. She was the daughter of Ralph and Sara Smith. She was married to Frank E. Smith for 34 years and was with her life partner Alan "Skip" Wolfe for over 30 years. Gladys was a member of Nantmeal United Methodist Church and belonged to the Nantmeal United Methodist Woman's Group. She was a waitress at the Black Horse Restaurant for over 30 years and caretaker of many relatives in her home. She loved to read and do cross word puzzles. She is survived by her son Jeffrey Smith (Nancy), previously married to Tina Smith; granddaughter Brittany Schlosser (Jeremy) of Emmaus, PA; daughter in law Ann Hilder (Michael Smith) of Newtown Square, PA; grandson Christopher Smith (Kate Jackson) of King of Prussia, PA; Matthew Smith of Philadelphia, PA; granddaughter Catherine Smith of Denver, CO; as well as many other nieces and nephews. In addition of her parents, she is preceded in death by sisters Grace Moore and Doris Barton; life partner Alan "Skip" Wolfe, son Michael Smith and grandson Jacob Smith.
