Born in Collingswood, she was a lifelong resident of the Millville and Vineland areas. She was employed in the food and beverage service, working at Alexander's Tavern and South Vineland Tavern. She later worked for Walmart. She enjoyed playing bingo, going to the casinos, flea markets and yard sales. Lida was a loving and caring mother and grandmother.
She is predeceased by five brothers, Walter, Richard, George and John Priest and Henry Swain; a sister, Betty Johnson; and a grandson, Anthony Aloi Jr. She is survived by a son, John Boobar of Vineland; five daughters, Barbara Boobar of Vineland, Lillian Dougherty of Millville, Rose Boobar Panera of Vineland, Vickie Ruggiero of Vineland and Joanne Boobar of Virginia; three sisters, Margie Consalo, Alice Paltjon and Lorretta Johnson; nine grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
