He was 76. Samuel married Susan Jane Taylor April 8, 1847 in Parke Co., Indiana. Not sure if the dates on the grave stone about how old he was when he died are right because his older brother Zopher Jr. was definitely the first born in 1825. [Just because he's Jr. doesn't necessarily mean he was first; considering the age of these parents]
