Thomas Alfred Lambert, age 74 of Crumpler, passed away on Friday, September 3, 2021, at Margate Health and Rehab.

Mr. Lambert was born on May 22, 1947, in Ashe County to Charlie and Lorene Blevins Lambert.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Nancy Faye "Betty" Miller Lambert, his father, and a brother, Hurshel Lambert.

He served in the U.S. Army from 1966 to 1968.

Mr. Lambert is survived by one daughter, Cherie Baldwin (Rocky) of West Jefferson; his mother, Lorene Lambert of Crumpler; one brother, Mike Lambert (Rita) of Fleetwood; two sisters, Nancy Roten (Jerry) of Clemmons and Grace Brown (Johnny) of Crumpler; also surviving are one granddaughter, Amelia McNeill (Kendall), and several nieces and nephews.

A private funeral service will be held at Ashelawn Memorial Chapel. Burial will follow in Ashelawn Memorial Gardens with military rites.
