Caroline "Carrie" Kreutz Faust Mahoney was a sister to Sophia Loretta Kreutz Michelson.Carrie, along with her sisters, ran a Millinary Shop in Glen Ullin N Dak.After her husband David Faust died in Glen Ullin she moved to their home in Mpls Minnesota. David was President of the bank in Glen Ullin. Carrie married again to Peter Mahoney of Mpls and he died shortly after their marriage.Carrie talked her sister into coming to Mpls with the children in search of work and Sophia came.Sophia remained there until her death and is buried next to her husband John Ole Michelson,three of their children and her sister Carrie. Carrie never had children of her own..She was a kind and generous woman-was a good friend and neighbor and cared for her family that she dearly loved.
