Hellen (Stewart) Adler was born on May 5, 1869 in the United States, the daughter of John Carter Stewart and Mary (Mullican) Stewart.
Living in Davidson County, Tennessee, she was 52 years, married and had myocarditis and nephritis when she had an operation for gall stones. She died on March 21, 1922 at "Protestant" Hospital, Nashville, and burial was in Mount Olivet Cemetery, Nashville.
