Scott was employed as a dock worker by Roadway/Yellow Freight, Tannersville, later retiring from Newburgh, NY. An avid hunter and fisherman, he also enjoyed shooting pool and throwing horseshoes.
Survivors: Son, Scott P., Jr. and wife Desiree of Palmerton. 2 grandsons, Gabriel, and Wyatt. Companion, Ketsch Brown with whom he resided. Sisters, Jean wife of G. Ron Sporer of Hawley, Irene wife of Gene Zacharias, Shirley A. wife of Carey Krum, Helen M. wife of Kenneth Balliet, Sr., Rita D. Swanger, all of Kunkletown, Kathryn L. wife of Michael Kurtz of Lehighton. Brothers, Burdell "Junie" and wife Cindy, Allen C. and wife Lora J., Robert E. and wife Lenna M., Paul D. and wife Michelle K., all of Kunkletown. Numerous nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by sisters, Joan Burger, and Betty Gulla.
