Amy Kay Remsburg was born on April 8, 1933, in Calhoun County, Iowa to Charles Craig and Enid (Coones) Remsburg. She graduated from Lanesboro High School in 1951. On February 23, 1951, Kay married Edgar Hunt in Jackson, MN and together they celebrated 70 years of marriage. She worked at GE for 20 years before retiring in 1992. Kay was a member of the Lanesboro United Methodist Church and Joy Circle and enjoyed flowers and gardening.
Kay is survived by her husband Edgar of Lanesboro; son Darrell Hunt (Diane Abbott) of Des Moines; daughter Darlene (Romayne) Wenck of Glidden; 7 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren; brother Randy (Marlene) Remsburg of Audubon and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; infant sons Craig Edward and Gary Lee; sisters Peggy McClue, Doris Stokes, Marilyn Harms and Verla Gleason Kopf; and brothers Bud Remsburg and Galen Remsburg.
