Anita Evet Blansett, 75, formerly of Louisville passed away August 24, 2021 in Anchorage, Alaska. She was a member of the Special Olympics in Kentucky and Alaska. She loved to play bingo and everything Scooby Doo. She was preceded in death by her parents, Arthur E. and Alethia E. Blansett; sister, Arlene Beak. She is survived by her sisters, ; nieces, nephew, several great nieces and nephews. Her funeral will be 2:00 p.m. Friday at Schmid Funeral Home in Mt. Washington with burial in Highland Memory Gardens. Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. Friday.
