Survivors include daughters Hazel (Thomas) McLeod and Fannie Lee (Clarence) Pruett; step-daughters Lucile (Cas) Chambers, Vera Mae (Jim) Trout, and Nellie (Paul) Howard, all of Marietta; and Emma Benson, Kennesaw; step-son, Wade Pruitt, Kennesaw; sister Sally Benson, Decatur; brother William Croft, Palmetto; several grandchildren; great grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.
Mrs. Pruitt was a native of Cherokee County and lived most of her life in Cobb County. She was a member of Noonday Baptist Church.
