She was a loving & devout Christain, loved by her family and friends.
Aunt Mary was very special to me. We lived behind her on the next block. I was always going over & visiting her, sometimes even staying all night. She was a lot of fun to be with & we would work in her kitchen. She was always baking something & would let me help her, I'd lick the bowl and spoon! LOL
Aunt Mary had a cake pan that looked like a checker board.
She would make it part vanila & part chocolate. It looked so neat, especially as a young child to see it come out checkered. Aunt Mary was a very special Great Aunt, I loved her dearly.
I have kept many cute greeting cards from her, for all occasions, with her sweet notes of incouragements. Some of
them are when I was very young. I will always cherish my fond memories of her.
In Loving Memory of my Great Aunt Mary 'Long' Fowler.......
