OVIEDO, Fla. Albert E. Mariotti, 90, of Alexandria Drive, Oviedo, died Oct. 9, 2001.
Born November 29, 1910 in McDowell County, he moved to central Florida in 1964.
Mr. Mariotti was a retired stone mason and coal mine rescue worker in West Virginia. He was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church and a member of the Lions Club.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Ermen Mariotti and Natalina Polica, Norcia, Italy; wife, Christine Mariotti; granddaughter, Kimberly Wilson; sisters, Rosa Chiddo and Minnie Kuzemka; brothers, Loray Mariotti, Cart Mariotti, and Patsy Mariotti.
Survivors include sons, Raymond Mariotti of Harlingen, Texas and Anthony Mariotti of Austin, Texas; daughters, Jacqueline Wilson of Orlando, FIa. and Mary Elaine McDonald of Geneva; brother, America Mariotti of Bluefield; sisters, Elettra Marotti of Annapolis, Md., Gladys Coccia of Beltsville, Md.,Giovannia Nitsakes of Manassas, Va., and Eugenia Lanzi of Columbia, Md.; five grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday in St. Joseph Catholic Church, 1501 Atfaya Trail, Orlando, Fla. Interment will follow in Chapel Hill Cemetery.
Visitation for friends will be held In the Family Funeral Care Oviedo from 7 9 p.m. Friday.
