Herb is predeceased by his wife; Rose Marie Miller, and children; Barry and Craig Quackenbush. Survived by his siblings; Gus Miller, Ronnie (Ann) Miller and Sonia Miller, his children; Dale and Brent (Shelley) Quackenbush and his 6 grandchildren; along with several nieces, nephews and friends.
In Keeping with Herb's wishes, no formal funeral services will take place at this time. Interment will be held privately at Oak Ridge Cemetery in Lima , NY.
