He is survived by his wife Lenn Martin; children Kevin Martin, Joshua Urich, Anthony Urich and Ashley (Jeff) Dawes; brothers Ronnie and Russell Martin; grandchildren Zachary, Xavier, Grace, Brenden, Kaydence and Paisleigh; also survived by numerous family and friends. He is preceded in death by his parents, his first wife Kim, and his sister Linda Martin. Visitation will be Monday, August 30, 2021, from 12:00 PM until time of service (1:00 PM) at the Avance Funeral Home and Crematory, 4976 Winton Rd., Fairfield, OH, 45014.
