He was born February 14, 1951, in Crestview, Florida, to Elijah Rufus and Ella Mae Rogers. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, and uncle; and was a born again believer in Jesus Christ. Ralph was the President & COO of Genesis Custom Home Builders. He loved teaching God's Word, hunting, fishing, and playing softball, and was a lifelong fan of the Atlanta Braves.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his brother, Sam; his sister, Carolyn; and his precious daughter Kendall.
A private graveside service will be held at Milton Cemeter
