Benjamin Thomas Ellison was born February 19, 1875 in Hollister, Mo. He was the son of Marion and Katherine Ellison nee Page. He passed away December 24, 1962 at the age of 87 years and 10 months. He was united in marriage January 8, 1900 to Lucy Ella Greene. He lived in Taney County his entire life.
Surviving him are 8 children; Clell Ellison of Seattle, Wash., Katherine Garver of Newhall, Calif., Cordie Davidson of Kissee Mills, Edna Williams of Taneyville, Thomas Ellison of Kansas City, Mo., Quincy Ellison of Miller, Mo., Esther Jager of Washington, Mo., Woodrow F. Ellison of Belton, Missouri.
Surviving him also are 18 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren, 5 sisters, nieces and nephews. He was a member of the Baptist Church.
