"Louise Gordon Bradley (October 29, 1927-August 13, 2021) passed away peacefully at home in Spring, Texas at the age of 93. She was born and raised in Coleman, Texas, the daughter of Dr. Jack Marshall Gordon and Winnie Gray Gordon. Louise played piano throughout her youth and later studied music at Lindenwood College in St. Charles, Missouri.

"She married Dr. Richard V. Bradley (1926-2017) in 1949 and they lived in St. Louis until moving to Spring, Texas in 2014. Louise earned her Master's degree in music education at Webster University and taught music in the Ladue School District of St. Louis for many years. She loved all types of music (especially Willie Nelson), fine jewelry, dressing well, an occasional off-color joke, and her Texas heritage.

"Louise is survived by two daughters, Cynthia and husband, Henry Hine, of Denver and Christine and husband, Joseph Wilson, of Spring, Texas. Surviving grandchildren include Dr. Anna Bartow and husband, Dr. Will Durham of Asheville, North Carolina; Kristen and husband, Matthew Harner of Plano, Texas; Joseph Wilson of Houston; Charles Hine and wife, Heidi, of Denver; Joshua Wilson with Christina Lugo of Spring, Texas, and R. Kirtland Hine with Lisa Lamb of Buena Vista, Colorado. Great grandchildren are Mary Eloise and Samuel Durham, Lucas, Lindsey and Wyatt Harner, Elliott and Tyler Hine, and Jonathan Gray Wilson. To these children, whom she loved and spoiled, she was "Oma." She is also survived by nephews Jack Gordon with wife Cathy, Rob Gordon with wife Ann, and niece, Lisa with husband Keith Denson.

"During her final years living independently at the Conservatory Champion Forest, Louise would play the piano and laugh with friends while always wearing a colorful visor with sparkles.

"She lived well and was well loved.

"Louise Gordon Bradley was cremated and plans are to bury her ashes at the Coleman Cemetery in the spring of 2022 when more family member can gather." (Cindy Hine, Daughter of Louise Gordon Bradley)
