Wanda Colleen Hamilton, 90, of Edmond, OK, passed away on August 16, 2021. She was born on March 6, 1931 in Albuquerque, NM to Beecher Buckshot and Marie (Crist) Kear. Wanda lived and was raised by her great uncle Guy and aunt Nell in Clayton, NM until she married Grady "Corky" T. Hamilton. All of her children were cherished and influenced by uncle Guy and aunt Nell.

Wanda loved life and always said "God has blessed our family so much", and always kept her trust and faith in God daily. She talked about God and how he loved us. She was an active member of Bethel Assembly of God in Clovis, NM, taught the young people class and later became the church secretary.

Wanda started her career in Clayton, NM after graduating high school with a tax firm, N.O. Brain (no I'm not kidding) and worked until they moved to Clovis, NM. She started her own business, Hamilton's Tax & Bookkeeping Service and continued until retirement in 2012, at which time she moved to Edmond, OK to be closer to their daughters and her other siblings. She resided there with her husband until her death.

Wanda is preceded in death by her father and mother Beecher and Marie Kear, her great uncle Guy and aunt Nell, and siblings Doyle Kear, Roland Kear, Rex Kear, Pat Owen and Rita Niece. She is survived by her husband Grady "Corky" T. Hamilton, children Randall and wife Charlotte of Marble Falls, TX, Alan and wife Cindy of Clovis, NM, Rhonda Nixon and husband Richard of Edmond, OK, Connie of Edmond, OK, grandchildren Chris M.
