Donald G. Dunn, age 98, died August 16, 2021, at his residence. Born June 25, 1923, in Ben Avon Heights, PA. Preceded in death by Mary Altmaier Dunn (1996), his wife of 49 years, sons Robert and Andrew, grandson George Byers IV. During WWII, he was in the 10th Mountain Division in Italy. Wounded in battle, received the Purple Heart, two Bronze Stars, and a Silver Star. In 1950, with his wife Mary, Plaskolite Inc., was founded. Sixty-five years later, in 2015, the company was sold. Survived by three children, daughters-in-law, son-in-law, many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; special friends, Melita and Iva and "the men" Aaron, Bob, Matthew, and Vladimir.
