Kenneth J. Bennett, of Everett, passed away at the Whidden Memorial Hospital in Everett on August 15, 2021 at the age of 57.
Ken was born on August 15,1964 and raised in Melrose. He attended St. Mary's school in Melrose and graduated from Northeast Vocational Tech in Wakefield, Class of 1982.
He resided in Everett for the past 20 years. Ken held various jobs throughout the years as a laborer/construction worker. He loved watching sports with his friends and enjoyed all the Boston sports teams. Ken also enjoyed taking in a Red Sox game here and there and loved to play pool.
Ken was the loving son of the late Arnold & Jean (Sullivan) Bennett. Caring brother of Kevin M. Bennett & his wife Joanne of Tewksbury and the late Karen A. Bennett. Cherished uncle of Nicole Bennett of Tewksbury. Also survived by cousins, relatives & friends.
Visiting hours will be held at the Gately Funeral Home, 79 W. Foster St., Melrose on Monday, August 23, 2021 from 9:30-11:00AM, followed by a funeral service in the funeral home at 11AM. Relatives & friends respectfully invited to attend. Interment in St. Patrick's Cemetery, Stoneham.
