In addition to her mother, she is survived by her children, Jason Lee Vernon, Joshua Drake Hayes, and Andrew Allen; grandchildren, Natalie, J.J., Chase, Jeremiah, Lincoln, and Alex; sister, Candy Carter; brother, Brandon Vernon; and step-father, Benny Roach.
A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, August 18, 2021, at Mountain View Cemetery in Ridgeway, VA with Pastor Bill Preskitt, Pastor Alton Bartee, and Brother Greene officiating. Norris Funeral Services, Martinsville, VA is serving the Allen family.
