Note from Ragene Aldrich Moore:
Richard Banks completed his "mission" to have Edgar drive him to visit Ben and me, see as many classmates as possible on Monday at the North High Lunch Bunch gathering, then to visit his sister Karen in Missouri and attend his niece's wedding . While there, he was wanting to see and visit a lot of his relatives . He was very weak and had trouble walking on arrival to our home on July 11th . We had a great visit. They drove to Missouri on Tuesday morning to the Wednesday wedding and returned to our home on Thursday evening. Richard had markedly declined and went straight to bed, his mission accomplished. He awakened at 8:30 a.m. to return to their Colorado home on Friday after attempting to eat his favorite breakfast of Eggs Benedict (which he couldn't eat).

He declined greatly on t he way home, and Edgar called in Hospice for care. Richard passed on Monday, July 26th.
