Tracy was born to Charlie and Estella Vadakin on January 30 1925 in Findlay, Illinois. Tracy married Thurl S. Perry March 22, 1946. He survives.
Tracy's children include sons, Dennis (deceased), Robb and Jimmie; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Tracy was manager and owner of Perry's Chuck wagon restaurant in Mattoon Illinois and was a person who took great pride in having fun and serving the public. Tracy was an avid reader of the Bible and loved Jesus. She was a beacon of light in a dark room and had a smile that warmed your soul and made you feel loved. Tracy was a loving wife of 75 years and always a mom, grandmother and great-grandmother. Tracy always wanted to show God's love in everything she did. She enjoyed passing the time by communicating with friends and loved ones. She also enjoyed playing hymns on the electric organ. Tracy enjoyed reading uplifting stories and sharing life events. She will be sadly missed and not soon forgotten. The world lost a saint and God called a child home.
