Donald Matthew Fleming was born on June 20, 1956, in Oklahoma City, OK, to James Donald & Mary Madeline (Smith) Fleming. He departed this life on Monday, May 10, 2021, in Tulsa, OK, at the age of 64 years, 10 months, & 20 days.
Donald grew up in & attended elementary school in Locust Grove. He graduated Locust Grove High School in 1976. Donald had lived in Mayes County most all of his life, except for a short stay in Muskogee. He was an Iron Worker, & a member of the Iron Workers Local #584 Group. Donald enjoyed being outdoors & loved to go fishing & hunting. Most of all, he treasured time spent with his grandchildren. He will be missed.
Donald is survived by: His pet dog: Rowdy; 1 son: Shawn Fleming & wife Heather of Florida; 1 daughter: Charity Fleming of Locust Grove, OK; 4 grandchildren: Cody Fleming, Jase Chance, Hannah Fleming, & Damien Reed; 3 sisters: Kelly Brown of Claremore, OK, Becky Henderson & Leon of Locust Grove, OK, & Donna Fleming of Langley, OK; Numerous nieces, nephews, & other relatives.
He was preceded in death by: his parents; 1 brother; & his Grandma Goodwin.
