Jamie Allen Conn, 54, of Kewanna, passed away Saturday, July 17, 2021, in his residence.

Born on March 19, 1967, in Logansport, he is the son to the late Clayton and Virginia (Hayden) Conn. Jamie was engaged to Carla Hayes.

Jamie was a United States Army Veteran and worked as a metrologist for Zimmer Biomet.

Surviving along with his fiancé Carla, is his biological father, Richard (Deborah) Leazenby, Kewanna; five brothers, Roger (Mary Jane) Conn of Carmel; Michael (Natasha) Conn of Kokomo; Jeffrey Conn of Logansport; Dean (Bridget) Leazenby of Elkhart; Adam "Ace" (Karen) Leazenby of Mishawaka; sister, Connie Edmisson of Peru; two sons, Zachary Conn of Georgia; Derek Conn of Logansport; several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by a brother, William H. Conn.

A celebration of life will be held at 3:00 PM on Wednesday, July 21, 2021, at Gundrum Funeral Home & Crematory with Chaplain Tim Lee officiating.

A visitation will be held from 1:00 PM until the time of service on Wednesday.
