Nellie Saiz, 95, of Snowflake A AZ and a longtime resident of Winslow and a longtime parishioner of St. Joseph's Catholic Church passed away peacefully Feb. 17,2015 surrounded by her family after a short illness. Our beloved matriarch, wife, mother, grandmother, sister, tia, cousin and friend.
The lives Nellie touched will never be the same. We are all better, stronger and happier for the love and light Nellie brought to our lives.
Nellie is survived by her children, Prospero Saiz, Jr. & family, Phyllis (Larry) Chavez, Pat (Eddie) Hutchins and Yvonne (Tino) Lopez 11 grandchildren, 29 great-grandchildren and 5 great great-grandchildren; 1 brother, 2 SIsters and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
She is preceded in death by her beloved husband, P.B. Saiz; 2 granddaughters and 1 great grandson.
