GRENADA - Oscar Alldread, 61, set-up man at Randall Textron, died Tuesday of heart disease at Grenada Lake Medical Center. Services will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Calvary Baptist Church, were he was a member, with burial in the church cemetery in Carroll County.
He was an Army veteran. Mr. Alldread, the husband of Sarah Smith Alldread, also leaves four daughters, Joy McCrary, Pam Blount, Teresa Melton and Nora Jean Alldread, all of Grenada; his mother, Nannie Alldread of Gore Springs; two sisters, Nora Nabors of Grenada and Jane James of Gore Springs; two brothers, Tom Alldread of Mathiston and Joe Alldread of Grenada, and six grandchildren.
