She was born May 19, 1958, in Utica, New York, the daughter of Calvin and Pauline Schwender Rohman. She was preceded in death by her parents.
Nancy was a devoted member of University Baptist Church, which she and Frank joined in 2008. Though Nancy cared for the members of the church in a variety of ways, she was particularly passionate about the church's ministry to children and homebound members. Over the years, she taught God's word to children in Sunday school and on Wednesday nights. With homebound members, she helped organize countless efforts to care for them and keep them connected with other members of the church, which she continued to do even as her own health declined.
She is survived by her husband Frank Hannon; a son John Mark Hannon; a sister Debbie Raybon and her husband Mike all of Fayetteville and a brother Peter Rohman of Stella, Missouri.
Visitation will be 5:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m., Monday, August 2, 2021, at Moore's Chapel. Funeral service will be 2:00 p.m., Tuesday at University Baptist Church followed by a private burial at Kings Cemetery.
