Dean Hoskins, 89, of Falmouth, KY, passed away Thursday, July 29, 2021, surrounded by his family. Dean was born February 23, 1932, in Blue Diamond, KY to his late parents, Dewey Hoskins Sr. and Margaret Reba Hoskins (nee Byrge). Dean was a Veteran of the Korean War. He retired from the VA Hospital, Cincinnati, OH. Dean was preceded in death by his parents, his loving wife, Alma L. Hoskins (nee Warfield); five brothers: Dewey Hoskins Jr., Seldon Hoskins, Clarence Hoskins, Roy Hoskins, and Fred Hoskins. He is survived by his daughter, Donna Sullender; five grandchildren: Timothy Sullender, Jacob Sullender, Michael Sullender, Cheyenne (Jacob) Riley and Sabre Sullender; eight great grandchildren: Jackson, James, Ethan, Kayden, Lydia, Gavin, Rosco, and Keiyana; five siblings: Dorothy Campbell, Harley Hoskins, Leon Hoskins, Dayton Hoskins, and Denver Hoskins. Visitation 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM Monday, August 2, 2021, at the Alexandria Funeral Home, Alexandria, KY. Funeral Service 10:00 AM Tuesday at the funeral home. Interment in Mount Gilead Cemetery, Carthage, KY.
