Scott A. Richardson of Rebersburg, passed away unexpectedly at his home on Tuesday, July 27, 2021. He was 42. Born March 6, 1979 in State College, Scott was a son of Michael Richardson and the late Anne M. Stover. He was a 2000 graduate of Bald Eagle Area High School.

In addition to his father, Scott is survived by his step mother Gail "Rishel" Richardson, two siblings, Carrie A. Rishel (Ronald E. Jr.) and Mark A. Richardson (Kara); grandparents, Lester E. and Betty M. Stover and Ronald, Sr. and Shirley Rishel; step siblings, Corey Brown (Casey), Andrea Shawver (Robert), Joshua Brown (Haley), Justin Brown, Cheaney Stover (Lucas), Erica Zendt, Charles Zendt III, and Adrienne Zendt Taylor. Also surviving are nieces and nephews, Derek M., Morgan E., Forrest R. (Nichole), Wyatt, Nash, Koltin, Alexis, Courtney, Haley, Corey Jr., Kyleigh, Justin, Ryleigh, Gracie, Cameron, Karenza, Owen, Kevin, Khloe and Katie; one great nephew, Cohen R. along with numerous aunts and uncles. In addition to his mother, Scott was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Dorothy Whitehill and Glenn Richardson and also his step-father, Charles H. Zendt, Jr.

Scott was employed by Skills of Central Pennsylvania at the Vocational Technical shop for 21 years. He enjoyed watching Penn State Lady Lion Basketball, State College Spikes baseball, Nascar racing, with Dale Earnhardt being his favorite driver, PGA golf and bowling. Scott also enjoyed supporting our local Penns Valley Ram sports teams, visiting Grange Fair and watching tractor pulls.

A visitation for family and friends will be held Friday, July 30, 2021 at Faith Alive Fellowship from 9-11 am, followed by the funeral service with Pastor Chris Korn officiating at 11:00 am. Scott will be laid to rest in Heckman Cemetery. Contributions in memory of Scott may be given to Skills of Central Pennsylvania, 341 Science Park Road, Suite 6, State College, PA 16803.
