She was preceded in death by her husband, George J. Moore.

Nan is survived by her sons, Wayne Moore (Susan), Fred Moore (Debbie); grandchildren, Andy Moore and Casey Moore (Meagan), Gregory Moore (Taylor); great-grandchildren, Ryker and Fenix Moore, Finley, Olivia, and Mason Moore.
A family graveside burial will be held at Sherwood Memorial Cemetery, Salem, Virginia. She will be laid to rest with her late husband. A Celebration of Life is planned for a later date.
