He was preceded in death by his parents, Sylvester Scott and Zella Mae Dooley Brown; three sons; Ronald Taylor, Harold Brown, and Paul Brown Jr; two granddaughters, Crystal Chuculate and Kacee Brown; four brothers; Hershel Brown, J L Brown, Fred Brown and Phillip Brown; and four sisters; Viola Ross, Pearl Isham, Lectie Denny, and Ruby Brown.
