RODGERS - Kathryn M., 90, passed away on July 20, 2021 at Laurel View Village. Born December 27, 1930 in Johnstown, daughter of John D. and Tillie (Petrosky) Dryzal. Preceded in death by parents; son, Gary Rodgers; and brothers, Joseph, Frank and H. Donald Dryzal. Survived by husband, "J.C." Chapman Rodgers of Davidsville; granddaughter, Kelsey Rodgers; daughter-in-law, Christine Rodgers; brother, Eugene Dryzal and wife Barbara; sister-in-law, Jean Dryzal; numerous nieces and nephews, including special niece, Diana Veney, her husband P.J., and their children, Brady and Bailey. Kathryn loved to dance, she even performed at many places including Radio City Music Hall and she even got to dance with Gene Kelly. Kathryn enjoyed gardening, crocheting and crafts. She was a member of the Flood City Red Hat Society. A member of St. Benedict Catholic Church, where Funeral Mass will be held Monday at 10:30a.m. the Rev. David S. Peles. Committal Grandview Mausoleum. There will be no public visitation, however everyone is welcomed to attend funeral Mass. Arrangements by Francis G. Ozog Funeral Home Inc., Broad Street. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to either Laurel View Village or to Windber Hospice in her memory. Condolences may be sent at fgozogfuneralhome.com
