Timothy (expiree) arrived on 19 August 1853 aboard the ship Robert Small. He was convicted on 21 March 1850 in Cork, Ireland, for burglary and sentenced to 10 years of transportation. Timothy was given his Ticket-of-Leave on 26 May 1854 and his Conditional Pardon on 12 July 1856.

He settled in Albany and worked as a brewer and labourer.

Married Margaret on 12 October 1861. Parents recorded as Timothy and Maria Cullinan.
