Jacob B. Kettering, 76, who had been ailing for the past three and one-half years, passed away Sunday morning in his residence; at Lebanon Route 5. He was a retired farmer and held membership in the Annville Church of the Brethren. His wife Maggie Kettering, preceded him in death 28 years ago. The following survive: four children, Minnie M., George R. and David M., all at home, and Amy, wife of Harold Bollinger, Sheridan Route 1; four grandchildren, three sisters, Mrs. Lizzie Wenger and Mrs. Mary Fasnacht, both of Palmyra, and Mrs. Susan Kreider, Midway; three brothers, John, Henry, Allen B. and Simon S. all of Lebanon.
