Janet Lynn was the daughter of the late Fred and Blanche Sparks Phelps.
She was a member of the Northside Baptist Church. She had worked at Middlesboro Nursing and Rehabilitation Facility for many years.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother and Pastor, Randy Phelps.
She is survived by the following members of her family:
Nephew: Ryan (Alexis) Phelps
Great Niece: Rylee Jasmine Phelps
Sister in law: Star Phelps
Sister at heart: Kim Norton
And a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
