Cassius Moncure Chichester, since 1941 director of the Virginia Division of Statutory Research and Drafting died today at his home here, his age was 68. The son of a Confederate Army verteran and former Virginia County Court Judge, Mr.Chichester was educated at the College of William and Mary and the University of Virginia. He taught law and had practiced in Richmond. From 1923 to 1934, he was general counsel for the State Corporation Commission.
