Born February 12, 1939 in Ithaca, NY she was the daughter of the late Millard and Marion Preston Hoagland.
Joan is survived by her sister, Cheryl Macomber of Ft. Worth, TX and her brother, James Hoagland of Tavares, FL; nieces and nephews.
Private graveside services and interment will be in Willow Glen Cemetery, Dryden, NY
