Esther Marie Hudson, age 86 of Monticello, passed away Friday,
November 12, 2021, at Drew Memorial Hospital in Monticello. She was
born December 19, 1934, in Rison, AR to the late Grover Cleveland
Wallace and Alice Esther Sandine Wallace.

She was the widow of Louis Malvin Hudson, her husband of 64 years, a
housewife, and a member of Second Baptist Church. Mrs. Hudson
loved spending time with her grandchildren, spending time outdoors
working in her yard, watching her game shows, and reading the
newspaper from cover to cover to stay informed about world news and
events. She also loved visiting with her neighbors.

Survivors include her daughter, Judy Marie Long, and her husband
Johnny, her son, Tony Hudson, and wife Kelly; and grandchildren,
Rachel Long, Kristofer Bray Hudson, Michael Louis Hudson, and Tyler
Dunn.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, November 16, 2021,
at Second Baptist Church with Rev. Ray Hearron officiating.

A visitation will be held one hour preceding the service beginning at 10:00 a.m. at the church.
