Mariam Alice Harvill, age 88, of Rison, went to be with the Lord, Saturday, May 21, 2016.
She was born April 20, 1928 in Cleveland County, a daughter of the late Grover and Alice Sandine Wallace.
Mrs. Harvill retired from the Rison Garment Factory after many years.
She was a dedicated member of Rison Baptist Church.
Mrs. Harvill loved time spent with her children especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Mrs. Harvill was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Glenn Harvill and sister, Helen White.
Survivors include one son, Jim Harvill and wife, Linda of Springdale; one daughter, Carol Dollar and husband, Vernon of Rison; one brother, John Wallace of Little Rock; one sister, Esther Hudson of Monticello; four grandchildren, Shane Dollar, Jamie Harvill, Tracy Stuckey, Kristin Lipin and seven great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, May 24, 2016 at Rison Baptist Church with Brother Wade Totty and Brother Danny Allen officiating.
Interment will follow in Varnell Cemetery at Rison.
Visitation will be 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., Monday, May 23, 2016 at Buie Funeral Home in Rison.
Pallbearers are Murry Freeman, Rickey Fore, Cleve Reed, Billy Knowles, Wayne Parker and Bill McKnight.
