Funeral services will be held at Mount Carmel Baptist Church. Burial will be in the church cemetery.

Mrs. Watts was born April 17, 1919 in Ashe County to Clarence and Beatrice Walsh Phillips. She was a member of Mount Carmel Baptist Church.

She is survived by: three daughters, five sisters, one brother,seven grandchildren.
