Raymond Perkins Sr., 76, passed away on July 2, 2021. He is preceded in death by his parents, Orville and Minnie Perkins; and siblings. Raymond is survived by his loving wife, Dale Perkins; son, Ray Jr., (Regina); daughter, Patricia; grandchildren, Crystal (Dre), Raymond III, Travis, and Cherie (Jimmy); great grandchildren, Dre'Shawn, Mia, JR, Johnny, and Brisyn; sisters, Christine and Alice; and devoted friends and family, Harold (Jeannie), Wanda (Jimmy), and Vickie. The family will receive friends from 4-8 p.m. on Tuesday, July 6, and Wednesday, July 7 at Bliley's – Central, 3801 Augusta Ave., Richmond, VA 23230, where a funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, July 8.
