SKELTON Mary Mildred Skelton of Jacksonville, Florida passed away on December 20, 2001 at the age of 89 years. Mrs. Skelton was born at Renick, West Virginia on August 21, 1912 to Perry Thomas and Eluzia (Bobbitt) Lowe. She is survived by a daughter, Lois Turbeville (Samuel); three sons: Ken Skelton (Mary Lou) of Hilliard, FL., George Skelton (Diane) and Wayne Skelton (Jane); two brothers, Clyde Lowe of Ashtabula, OH and Robert Lowe of Mooresberg, TN; two sisters: Frances Brewer of Sullivan, MO and Ruth Steele of Galena, MD. she is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. Mrs. Skelton was preceded in death by her husband Hobert Skelton and son Edward Skelton. Graveside services will be conducted at 2 PM Saturday, Dec 22, 2001 in Riverside Memorial Park with Rev. Bobby Richardson officiating. Town and Country Funeral Home, 7242 Normandy Blvd. is in charge. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hospice of N.E. Florida.
