Mrs. Brewer is survived by her daughter, Carol Pennock of Sullivan; 11 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; her daughter in law, Barbara Sexton of North Carolina, other relatives and friends.
Frances was preceded in death by her parents; Perry and Eliza (Bobbit) Lowe; one son, William Perry Sexton; and two daughters, Shirley Gross and Wilma Patterson.
Graveside services will be conducted 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, August 9, 2017 at Bourbon Cemetery, Bourbon, Missouri.
