Mr. Luther J. Motley died at his home near Independence, veyr suddenly on last Sunday night. He was taken sick about dark and died about 9 o'clock the same evening. It is suppsed that he died from Congestion of the brain. He was a good man, and leaves a lare family and circle offriends to mourn his loss.
