Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM Saturday, June 26, 2021 at Williams Funeral Home in Opelousas, LA, for Mrs. Johnny Rose Rideaux Jackson, 81, who entered eternal rest, Friday, June 18, 2021 at HCA Houston Healthcare Pearland in Pearland, TX.
Rev. William Harnsberry will officiate the service.
Mrs. Jackson is survived by three sons, Darrell Rideaux, Charles Rideaux (Patrice) and Marlin Rideaux (June); two daughters, Carla Rideaux Dussette (William) and Mary Ann Huffman (Ernest); two brothers, Shirley Rideaux and Kirby Rideaux; one sister, Elsie Gallud and a host of grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Mrs. Jackson was preceded in death by her parents, John & Olivia Rideaux; her husband, Royal Jackson; five sisters, Wilda Rideaux, Ella Mae Rideaux Brown, Hilda Sylvester, Nola Chaisson, Evelyn Rideaux Anderson and Eleanor Rideaux Gaines; four brothers, Ewell, Harris, Forrest and Iron Rideaux.
Visiting hours will be observed from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM Saturday, June 26, 2021 at Williams Funeral Home.
