Private memorial services will be held at 11:00 AM Tuesday, June 29, 2021 for Ms. Jane Jones, 68, who entered eternal rest, Tuesday, June 22, 2021 at her residence in Opelousas, LA.
Ms. Jones is survived by two sons, Brian Jones (Tracy) and Eric Jones both of Houston, TX; a daughter, Trisha Jones of Houston, TX; a brother, Anderson Williams (Shirley) of Wichita Falls, TX; four sisters, Leanna Dejean (Joseph) of Leonville, LA, Vanessa Thomas (Jerome) of New Orleans, LA, Sharina Taylor (Charlie) of Midway, GA and Laura Lazard of Opelousas, LA; four grandchildren, Brandi Jones, Whitney Whitlow, Sharika Whitlow and Christian Jones; four great grandchildren, Michael Lee, Kyri Welch, Davin Lee and Makai Welch and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Ms. Jones was preceded in death by her parents, Andrew Williams & Eula Mae Lazard; three brothers, Edward, Lester and Andrew Williams; two nieces, Sqalato Ifil and Andrea Williams; a nephew, Jermon Dejean and a sister, Franciller Thomas.
